Our Specialist Polo Academy is famous for providing great days out for groups large and small – whether you wish to entertain clients, or offer a team-building day with a big difference, the club is very experienced in providing bespoke activity days for large groups. As well as polo with guests playing their 1st chukka in 2 hrs, followed by a fabulous lunch, we also we offer a range of other activities, with everything from duck herding, to clay pigeon shooting and motorsports.

This combines a very different learning experience within the safety of our fully boarded all weather arena, in beautiful surroundings with top class hospitality. Your guests don’t even have to have seen a horse, let alone sat on one before.

Packages We Offer
Seeing is believing, your guests really will play their first chukka at the end of their experience!
Our traditional Argentine Asado lunch, is a novel yet very popular experience where whole lambs, sides of beef and traditional chorizos are cooked over open wood fires, for up to 6 hours, to produce a wonderful feast accompanied by an array of beautiful salads, with only the best local ingredients. We cater for vegetarians & vegans too!
Corporate entertainment events cater for 12 people or more, and will teach everyone the basics of rules and tactics, riding and the all-important swing technique. The day can be structured in different ways, for example towards team building if that is your requirement, added to a healthy dose of competition, is guaranteed to ensure your guests don’t forget your day any time soon. Additional corporate branded team shirts are available too!
Packages start from £195 + Vat, discounts are available for larger groups and this includes welcome coffee and bacon sandwiches or pastries and croissants, followed by the 3 hour polo experience, and our special Asado lunch package.

With over 70 acres of open parkland and a further 60 acres of farm and grazing land, there isn’t much we can’t do, so chose a package which includes polo as part of your day or we can build one that doesn’t, its entirely up to you!
A (full) DAY AT THE POLO! The ‘Discover Polo Experience’ is open to riders and non-riders (65% of those we teach have never ridden before). Guests learn the rules and tactics, how to hit the ball on foot and horseback, combined with mounted riding tuition and culminating in playing their first chukkas on our very friendly ponies. All you need to enjoy the sport of kings, is a sense of fun and adventure- all equipment is provided.
Non-playing guests can watch their friends and colleagues acquire these new skills and battle it out in the friendly but competitive Chukka Challenge or join later for the fieldside summer marquee drinks reception, lunch, exhilarating professional polo match and afternoon tea, before partying in the evening with sunset drinks, canapes and DJ.

For those not familiar with polo, our coaches and events team are on hand to guide you through the action packed games. From your field side marquee, you can sit back,relax, enjoy a three course lunch with wine, watch the polo, soak up the competitive atmosphere and enjoy a late afternoon tea. Then it’s time to party on into the evening with sunset drinks, canapes and DJ.

Our Specialist Polo Academy is famous for the Discover Polo & Asado Package, designed for those looking for a shorter day packed with adrenaline and acquiring new skills, in the peace and tranquility of Surrey.
After welcome drinks (non-alcoholic before play!), players will receive expert tuition from our HPA qualified coaches; learning the rules and tactics, how to hit the ball on the ground and horseback, mounted riding tuition and competitive play, all culminating in the Discover Polo Chukka Challenge where teams put their newfound skills into action and play their first match!
Non-polo playing guests are welcome to stay for the whole day but often like to arrive in time to watch their friends and colleagues in the Chukka Challenge and unwind with our traditional Argentine Asado cooked slowly over an open fire, of (BBQ beef, chicken, Argentine sausage, andlamb) served with green salad, potato, onion and tomato salad, Chimichurri sauce and freshly baked bread followed by strawberry pavlova).
